While General Psychology doesn’t focus directly on organizational structures, it provides the foundational understanding of human behavior, motivation, emotions, and social dynamics, which are crucial for creating a strong organizational structure. The U.S. government is built on a hierarchical structure, with executive, legislative, and judicial branches ensuring checks and balances while maintaining order. Similarly, a company with strong leadership at the top, such as an effective CEO, management team, and department heads ensures that the organization runs smoothly.Even the best offerings must evolve; history has repeatedly shown that great companies can fail if they resist change

NUSC 160 Intro to Nutrition and NUSC 361

Applied

Nutrition both explicitly stated that I may give general information that is known to the masses, but I may not create diet plans for clients. This can only be done by licensed nutritionists and registered dietitians. So, when it comes to clients that I coach, I am always careful with what information I give them.

Social psychology also looks at group behavior, including how groups function and make decisions. When leaders outsource to consultants, they are tapping into the broader concept of group diversity. By involving external consultants, leaders can foster an environment where diverse perspectives lead to better decision-making. Consultants often bring fresh ideas and strategies that challenge the status quo, stimulating creative problem-solving and growth.
